We developed and built 13 high-specification apartments featuring modern finishes such as Pronorm kitchens with Silestone worktops, Porcelanosa tiling, Vitra sanitary ware, and Hansgrohe showers. Each unit includes allocated parking, a patio or balcony, and access to communal grounds. We also provided buyers with the option to customise interiors through furniture packages. Our focus on energy efficiency and cost savings was achieved using Modern Methods of Construction (SIPS), ensuring the apartments met the needs of future occupiers with convenient access to Birmingham City Centre.
