WHAT WE DID

We built a single-storey side extension, adding a new front entrance, boot room, and kitchen utility at the rear. A double-storey rear extension was constructed to expand the living space and provide more room for the master bedroom. We also extended the other side of the house to increase space on both the ground and first floors. To further maximise the property’s potential, we added a dormer loft conversion, turning the house from a 3-bed to a 4-bed with a luxurious guest suite. The property was modernised with a new internal layout, new windows and doors, combining contemporary aluminium sliders with traditional timber frames, and a full underfloor heating system. We introduced a garden room to enhance the outdoor space and designed the interior to blend traditional and modern elements, including herringbone wooden flooring. The master bedroom was transformed with a panoramic window, offering views of the garden.
