WHAT WE DID
ProBuild360 carried out a full ground floor reconfiguration and rear extension to transform the property into a more functional, family-friendly home. We introduced a 7m x 5m rear extension to create a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, enhanced by sliding doors and rooflights for natural light. Internally, we reconfigured the layout, relocated the staircase, and added a new utility room and upgraded cloakroom. The project also included a new front porch to improve kerb appeal, and the full refurbishment of the main bathroom and Ensuite.
