This project focused on the complete transformation of a substantial Queen Anne-style period property in Sutton Coldfield, carried out with full consideration for its listed status. From the outset, the clients had a clear vision for the home, and we worked in close collaboration with their architects and interior designers to bring that vision to life.

Our role extended beyond construction; we provided vital technical input and buildability guidance throughout the process, suggesting creative and practical solutions that elevated the final outcome. The property was stripped back to its structural shell, allowing us to reconfigure internal layouts to suit modern family life while carefully retaining and restoring original features such as heritage panelling, decorative cornices, and other character-defining elements.
